Andrew brings over 18 years of experience in mobile payment solutions and the life insurance sectors, with expertise in business development, underwriting, and premium accounting within the Zambian market. As a Director and Co-Founder of Mzanu Financial Services, he has also previously served as the Chief Executive Officer at aYo Zambia, a joint venture between MTN and Sanlam. Under his leadership, aYo Zambia became a leading microinsurance provider, growing to over 1 million active customers in under four years. His career also includes key roles at Innovate Life Assurance, ZSIC Life Limited, and African Life Assurance (now Sanlam). Andrew is an alumnus of the International Microinsurance Master Program class of 2019.

In addition to his role on the Board, Andrew is responsible for developing and managing Intelikava’s distribution channels and Partner engagement strategies, drawing on his extensive experience in the insurance and mobile payment sectors.
